Management will not be responsible for any subsequent changes in government policy/tax structure/rules and regulation which may have bearing on the terms condition of our agreement.
Requirements for the event, including menu, seating arrangements, floral arrangements, and the requirement of audio/visual equipment should be finalized at least 15 working days prior to the function unless the function itself is booked at a shorter notice.
If delayed in finalizing the set-up requirement or menu the management can set up chef choice menu and other requirements as well.
The Function Prospectus containing complete details of the function should be signed off at least 15 working days prior to the commencement of the event by the Client and the management. Any amendment made prior to 15 working days of the arrival/event date will attract amendment/retention charges.
The management does not provide any storage facility/area for the goods/materials brought from outside the premises other than venue reserved for said date and time the management will not accept liability for any damages or loss of merchandise or left in the premises prior to or after the function.
For all venues, we provide an additional electric load up to 3 KVA. Any special electric requirement above the limit, the client has to arrange for Generator as per their requirement.
Set ups involving noisy activities like a hammering / banging loud cutting etc. will be planned out in compliance with the banquets and no such activity will be allowed if any conference in the premises with the approval of the Management.
The representative(s) of Samata Member Hall and The client will jointly count the number of plates and / or the quantity of food and beverages before the start of the event to be served at the function. The same to be signed on Banquet event order and the said number will be binding on the guest for the purpose of bill settlement. Post the start of the event, the management will not be responsible in case of any discrepancies.
